To complete your mortgage application with me, choose an option that suits you best.
With this option, you'll book a 15 minute call. Once that call is booked, I'll ask you to send me a picture of your photo ID and I'll complete your application with you over the phone.
This method ensures that I have all the right information I need, and can tell you with confidence what your next steps will be. I find this method is usually a little easier for both of us.
With this option, you'll do the application online on your own and submit it for me to review. As soon as you submit your application, you'll be prompted to provide supporting documentation.
I'll reach out as soon as I've received your application to make sure I have a strong understanding of your situation and what you're looking to do. This option can sometimes be the faster choice.
