From there, I can give you the maximum purchase price you could comfortably afford, a solid  understanding of your mortgage options, and the confidence you need to start placing offers on homes. If it makes sense, I can even get you an interest rate hold for up to 120 days so you know that you're protected from interest rate hikes while you shop.
